| What program do I use to watch the videos? |
All our videos are in WMV format which means that you need to use Windows Media Player to watch them. We use Windows Media Format because the Microsoft Media Player is on every Windows machine and Windows is installed on almost every computer.
We suggest using the latest version of the Windows Media Player (Version 10) which you can download for free from Microsoft HERE.

| What is Digital Rights Management (DRM)? |
| Digital Rights Management is a technology used to prevent illegal use of our content. If you are a member of the site you have full rights to watch the content for as long as you are a member by simply supplying your username and password. |

| Why do I need to upgrade my version of Media Player? |
| Older versions of Microsoft Media Player may not be able to handle the technology used to encode and encrypt our videos. If you are having any problems with the videos we suggest first upgrading your media player to the latest version. This will solve 95% of all problems. |

| I get an error when I try to play the videos |
First make sure that you have the latest version of the Microsoft Media Player. Next, make sure your media player is set to recieve licenses. On your media player go to Tools > Options > Privacy and check the box that says "Acquire licenses automatically for protected content".
